This is one of my favourite areas…

…in the more feasible pricing zone that is. This price is still a bit out of the reach right now but I want to watch that area and see how much further it comes down. There are alot of areas out here in the $200,000 – $300,000 zone and some beautiful homes but in the end it is all going to come down to which neighborhoods are staying nice and which aren’t. (Obviously of course what we can afford in a few years but like I said prices are falling). Some of the neighborhoods are showing wear already.

This neighborhood is still very nice and the prices are falling. Who knows maybe in a few years some of these homes will be going for $150,000.

This home is asking for $189,000 it is a 5 Bed, 2 Bath with 2,044 Sq. Ft. This home doesn’t say what it sold for but the Tax assessed value was: $340, 745. I am pretty sure it sold for around $333,000. It was built in 2006.

I really like the area.

Thanks for commenting on my site! We’re renovating an 1863 farm house.. that’s why we’re in the middle of a bunch of bricks!

    Hi Michelle,

How did you find us? Do you have a blog too? That house is in the Victorville area. There isn’t alot of work up here and most people commute to better paying jobs down below. But still down below one can easily pay 3-4 x more for something like that! Thanx for stopping by!
