WOW SO I am really kicking butt with my walking. Today is the 19th day of straight walking every day, with no breaks in between. I usually try to give myself a break one day a week but since I goofed up so much in the middle of last month I told myself no breaks for a while. And now its like this record or something and I don’t want to break it and I don’t want to goof up again.

I was good with my food maybe 1/2 the time last month and the same with my walking. This month I am really good with my food. I am still having treats and out to eat days but I am keeping it all within my calories.

My scale is no where to be found but I am really noticing a difference in how I look and how I feel. I know for sure by the end of this month I will have lost 10 pounds. Hooray!

    Thanx Indie! It got hot last month. And now this month it has been in the 70’s, which for us is really cool. It will heat up soon and I will be wishing it was in the 70’s again.
