WHEEEEE! The end of the month is here! My goal was to get to 1560 minutes, to walk 6 days a week @ 60 minutes. I managed to walk every single day instead and to average 87.6 minutes a day.

My food was pretty good nmost the time. Although I did get stressed fkor about a week and over indulge. ALl in all I am trimmer, healthier and a bit browner!

    Thanx Indie! I took a 2 day break this month cause my friend came up. But back to work I go!
