WOW SO I am really kicking butt with my walking. Today is the 19th day of straight walking every day, with no breaks in between. I usually try to give myself a break one day a week but since I goofed up so much in the middle of last month I told myself no breaks for a while. And now its like this record or something and I don’t want to break it and I don’t want to goof up again.

I was good with my food maybe 1/2 the time last month and the same with my walking. This month I am really good with my food. I am still having treats and out to eat days but I am keeping it all within my calories.

My scale is no where to be found but I am really noticing a difference in how I look and how I feel. I know for sure by the end of this month I will have lost 10 pounds. Hooray!

I walked them again today. We left at 7:50 and I got back at 9:19. 😀 My middle dd was complaining.

Okay so my goal for last month was 1100 minutes of walking and I got to 950, not bad. This month my goal is 1560 minutes. I figured 30 days minus 1 day off a week x 60 minutes a day = 1560.

Yesterday I was kicking myself I only walked for 40 minutes. Today mu kids missed the bus for school so it was the perfect oppurtunity to kick it up a notch.

That is how I wound up at 95 minutes. 🙂

Well I am doing pretty good. I goofed up a bit here and there but I am back on track again. I feel like I am getting quicker and stronger already. I didn’t start my walking up again until the 6th so I set a goal of 1100 minutes.

I am at 670 right now.

Next month if I want to shoot for every day walking 60 minutes except for Sat.’s, I will need to aim for 1560. We’ll see.
